Pilates and Women's Pelvic Health Part 3 In part 1 of this blog series, we discovered that Pelvic Health problems exist in 25% of women, and can often significantly affect their quality of life. We showed how Pilates Instructors can be of great benefit in coaching and supporting Women with Pelvic Health Dysfunctions.
